All taka11 accounts operate in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are subject to the terms set out in Section 7 of this document. Withdrawals require completed KYC verification and are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible.
All bonuses, promotions, free bets, and rewards offered by taka11 are subject to specific wagering requirements and conditions that form part of these Terms. Accepting a bonus constitutes agreement to the applicable bonus terms. taka11 reserves the right to void bonuses obtained in breach of these Terms.
Each player is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their taka11 account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. taka11 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access caused by a player's failure to secure their login credentials.
Players may not use the taka11 platform for fraudulent activity, money laundering, collusion, or any form of abuse of the platform's systems, promotions, or other players. Accounts found to be in breach of these prohibitions will be suspended and any associated balances withheld pending investigation.
taka11 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically. The effective date at the top of this document indicates when the current version took effect.
These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and taka11 (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the taka11 online casino and sports betting platform available at taka11.club (the "Site").

By creating a taka11 account, logging in to the Site, or using any service offered through taka11.club, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:
You must be at least 18 years of age to register a taka11 Account and to use any part of the Platform. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. taka11 may require documentary proof of age at any time and reserves the right to suspend or close any Account where age eligibility cannot be confirmed.
Each individual may hold only one taka11 Account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are detected, taka11 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances pending investigation for potential fraud.
taka11 Accounts are for the personal use of the registered Account holder only. You may not allow any third party to access your Account, place bets on your behalf, or operate your Account in any manner. Any activity on your Account is deemed to be carried out by and on behalf of the registered Account holder.
You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. taka11 may request updated information at any time, including during KYC verification. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure.
To register a taka11 Account, you must complete the registration form on the Platform, providing a valid username, email address, and password. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your Account.
You must choose a strong password that is not used on any other platform and must not share it with any third party. If you believe your Account credentials have been compromised, you must contact taka11 support immediately at [email protected]. taka11 will not be liable for losses resulting from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials.
All taka11 Accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Once an Account currency is set to BDT at registration, it cannot be changed. All deposits, withdrawals, bets, winnings, and bonus amounts are displayed and processed in BDT.
taka11 requires all Players to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process before any withdrawal from their Account is processed. This is a non-negotiable requirement applied uniformly to all Accounts regardless of balance size or withdrawal frequency.

taka11 aims to complete standard KYC verification within 24 to 48 hours of receiving all required documents. Players will be notified of the outcome by email. Incomplete submissions will be returned with a request for the missing information, and the verification clock restarts from the point of resubmission.
KYC verification is conducted not only to confirm Player identity but also to comply with anti-money laundering obligations and to protect the integrity of the Platform. taka11 reserves the right to request enhanced due diligence documentation for higher-value accounts or where unusual transaction patterns are identified.

taka11 currently supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions are processed in BDT. taka11 does not accept deposits via credit card, debit card, or international bank transfer at this time.
The minimum single deposit amount on taka11 is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by taka11, although individual payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) may apply their own transaction limits as governed by their respective terms of service.
Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to a Player's taka11 Account balance instantly upon confirmation of the transaction by the payment provider. If a deposit does not appear within five minutes of the transaction being completed, the Player should contact support at [email protected] with the transaction reference number.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the Player's registered payment wallet within one to three hours during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) for fully verified Accounts. Withdrawals submitted outside of peak hours or where additional verification is required may take longer. taka11 does not impose withdrawal fees; however, the receiving payment provider may apply standard transfer charges.
As a fraud prevention measure, taka11 processes withdrawals to the same payment method (bKash number, Nagad number, Rocket number, or Upay number) used for the most recent qualifying deposit where technically possible. Withdrawals to third-party wallets or wallets not registered in the Player's own name are not permitted.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed until the Account balance meets the minimum withdrawal requirement.
If a Player has an active bonus with outstanding wagering requirements at the time of a withdrawal request, the withdrawal will be subject to the bonus terms applicable to that promotion. Players may forfeit the bonus and any associated winnings to release Real Money Funds for withdrawal; this option can be exercised via the Account settings or by contacting support.
All bonuses, free bets, reload offers, cashback promotions, and any other promotional rewards offered by taka11 are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time the offer is presented. These specific terms supplement and, where applicable, supersede the general provisions of this Section 8.
Bonus Funds awarded by taka11 are not withdrawable as cash until the applicable wagering requirement has been met. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the Bonus Funds (or the Bonus Funds plus the qualifying deposit, as stated in the specific offer terms) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be requested. The specific multiplier applicable to each promotion is stated in the individual offer terms.
Not all games on the taka11 Platform contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots games typically contribute 100% of each wager placed. Live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate or not at all, depending on the specific promotion. Contribution rates are detailed in the individual promotion terms.
All Bonus Funds are subject to an expiry period stated in the specific promotion terms. Bonus Funds that have not been wagered to the required level before the expiry date will be automatically removed from the Player's Account without compensation.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion, only one bonus offer may be active on a taka11 Account at any given time. Players who attempt to claim multiple simultaneous bonuses through multiple accounts or any other method will be in breach of the Prohibited Conduct provisions of Section 10.
taka11 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a Player has already accepted and activated a bonus, the terms in place at the time of activation will continue to apply to that specific bonus instance.
All bets placed on the taka11 sportsbook are subject to acceptance by the Platform. taka11 reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where there is evidence of irregular betting patterns, system errors, or incorrect odds being displayed due to a technical fault.
Odds displayed on the taka11 sportsbook reflect taka11's assessment of the probability of each outcome at the time the market is made available. Odds are subject to change before a bet is placed. The odds confirmed at the time the bet is accepted are the odds that apply to that bet.
In-play (live) betting on cricket matches — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC bilateral series, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures — and other sports is available on the Platform subject to market availability. taka11 may suspend in-play markets at any time where events on the field of play make the accurate determination of fair odds temporarily impossible.
All casino games available on the taka11 Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software supplied by licensed third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for individual games are available in the respective game information panels.
A bet may be declared void and the original stake returned to the Player's Account in circumstances including: the sporting event being cancelled or abandoned before the bet settlement conditions are met; the market being offered in error; or the bet being placed after the event has concluded (late bet). taka11's decision on void bets is final.
The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the taka11 Platform. Any Player found to be engaging in Prohibited Conduct will have their Account suspended immediately, and any associated balance may be withheld pending investigation:
taka11 reserves the right to report any suspicious activity to the relevant authorities. Where fraudulent activity is confirmed, taka11 will pursue all available legal remedies.
All content on the taka11 Platform — including but not limited to the taka11 name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and any other materials — is the intellectual property of taka11 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for their personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, display, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without prior written permission from taka11.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, taka11 shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with the use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of enjoyment.
taka11 does not guarantee that the Platform will be available continuously, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
In no event shall taka11's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising from these Terms or the use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
taka11 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering a taka11 Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
taka11 uses your personal data to operate the Platform, process transactions, conduct KYC verification, communicate with you regarding your Account, comply with legal obligations, and improve the services offered on the Platform. taka11 does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with payment providers, identity verification services, and game software providers strictly as necessary to operate the Platform.
All data transmitted between your device and taka11's servers is protected by SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption. taka11 maintains appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure.
You may close your taka11 Account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Before closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in the Account will be paid out to your registered withdrawal wallet, subject to completed KYC verification and the absence of any outstanding wagering requirements on active Bonus Funds.
taka11 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where: the Player is found to have engaged in Prohibited Conduct; the Player's KYC documentation cannot be verified; the Account has been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months; or there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or money laundering associated with the Account.
Upon termination of an Account for any reason, all Bonus Funds and associated winnings are forfeited. Real Money Funds may be returned subject to the outcome of any investigation into the grounds for termination. Where an Account is closed due to confirmed Prohibited Conduct, taka11 reserves the right to withhold all balances.
taka11 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, taka11 will notify registered Players by email or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the amendments taking effect. The effective date displayed at the top of this document will be updated to reflect the date on which the revised Terms take effect.
Continued use of the taka11 Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to arrange closure of your Account and return of any Real Money Balance.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which taka11 operates. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.
